Cancellation Policy:
If you must miss an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. If your appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged $50.
Payment Methods:
My fee for regular individual sessions, 50 minutes in length, is $145.00.
I accept Regence Blue Shield, First Choice, Kaiser, and Cigna insurances.
I can also provide a receipt for out of network benefits.
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payments are credit card, cash and check.
